Savan is looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager with over 10 years of professional experience to oversee and manage the end-to-end conversion of legacy reports to Oracle OBIEE/OAS and Tableau. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, technical expertise in Oracle OAS/OBIEE or Tableau, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the report conversion project from a legacy business intelligence solution to Oracle OAS/OBIEE and Tableau.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including report developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project delivery.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency throughout the conversion process.
Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in project management and business intelligence.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
10+ years of professional experience.
7+ years of project management experience, focusing on technical projects.
At least 5 years of federal consulting experience.
Extensive experience with reporting systems
Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects, particularly in data and business intelligence.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
PMP certification (preffered, not required)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
U.S. Citizenship.
U.S. Government Public Trust or the ability to obtain a Public Trust
