Savan is seeking a highly skilled Hyland Nuxeo Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise content management (ECM) solutions using the Nuxeo Platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java web application development, familiarity with Jakarta EE concepts, strong knowledge of Nuxeo and related technologies, and proven ability to deliver secure, scalable solutions in Agile environments.

Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement solutions on the Hyland Nuxeo platform to meet business and technical requirements.
- Develop custom features, workflows, and automation scripts using Java, REST APIs, and front-end technologies.
- Integrate Nuxeo with third-party applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, case management systems) through APIs and middleware.
- Configure metadata models, schemas, and taxonomies to ensure effective document classification and retrieval.
- Implement role-based access controls, security configurations, and compliance-driven features.
- Create custom dashboards, UI components, and user-friendly interfaces leveraging Nuxeo Web UI, Polymer, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support migration of legacy content management systems into Nuxeo.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in Nuxeo environments.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to administrators and end users.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Active Public Trust or ability to obtain one.
- 6+ years of experience with Java web application development and knowledge of Jakarta EE frameworks.
- 3+ years of experience with DevOps, Scrum, or Agile development practices.
- 3+ years of experience with containerized software development using Docker or Kubernetes.
- Strong programming skills in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of RESTful services.
- Hands-on experience with Nuxeo Studio, Nuxeo APIs, Nuxeo Web UI, and Polymer.
- Expertise in Git, including a solid understanding of branching strategies, merging, conflict resolution, and version control best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in Agile teams.
- Knowledge of additional cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to DevOps pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar) and CI/CD best practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (FISMA, HIPAA, GDPR, or FedRAMP environments).
