Role Responsibilities:
- Operate advanced scanning equipment and software to digitize physical documents while adhering to NARA requirements and federal guidelines.
- Associate metadata with digitized images to enable efficient indexing, searchability, and retrieval.
- Collaborate with IT and RIM teams to design and integrate imaging solutions into existing workflows.
- Implement strategies to preserve the integrity and accessibility of digital images over time.
- Optimize digitization workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
- Associate degree
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in imaging technologies, including digitization, metadata organization, and workflow integration.
- Ability to acquire and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Detailed understanding of federal records management laws, regulations, and practices.
- Proven ability to translate regulatory and organizational requirements into compliance activities.
- Experience with electronic records management technology solutions.
- Previous experience developing or updating policy and procedure documentation.
- Hands-on experience with records inventories, file plans, and related artifacts.
- Strong analytical skills to quickly assess and understand key business processes and associated artifacts.
- Hybrid Schedule (proximity to Ft, Worth Texas).
