Savan is seeking a RIM Imaging Consultant to join its Records Information Management (RIM) service line. This role focuses on leveraging imaging technologies to convert physical records into accessible digital formats, ensuring compliance with federal standards and integrating imaging solutions into broader RIM initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:

Operate advanced scanning equipment and software to digitize physical documents while adhering to NARA requirements and federal guidelines.
Associate metadata with digitized images to enable efficient indexing, searchability, and retrieval.
Collaborate with IT and RIM teams to design and integrate imaging solutions into existing workflows.
Implement strategies to preserve the integrity and accessibility of digital images over time.
Optimize digitization workflows for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Associate degree
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in imaging technologies, including digitization, metadata organization, and workflow integration.
Ability to acquire and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Detailed understanding of federal records management laws, regulations, and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven ability to translate regulatory and organizational requirements into compliance activities.
Experience with electronic records management technology solutions.
Previous experience developing or updating policy and procedure documentation.
Hands-on experience with records inventories, file plans, and related artifacts.
Strong analytical skills to quickly assess and understand key business processes and associated artifacts.

Work Location and Schedule:

Hybrid Schedule (proximity to Ft, Worth Texas).
