This role serves as a trusted advisor to program stakeholders by providing privacy guidance, developing compliance documentation, identifying risks, and recommending process improvements. The successful candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and building strong relationships with government clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead development and review of:
- Privacy Threshold Analyses (PTAs)
- Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)
- System of Records Notices (SORNs)
- Information Sharing Agreements (ISAs)
- Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) documentation
- Conduct privacy compliance reviews and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between program offices and agency privacy officials.
- Analyze business processes and recommend operational improvements.
- Develop executive briefings, reports, and client presentations.
- Support system development activities through Privacy by Design principles.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide quality review of project deliverables.
- Support proposal efforts and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5–8 years of experience supporting federal privacy programs.
- Experience applying the Privacy Act, E-Government Act, and FISMA.
- Experience leading development of PTAs, PIAs, SORNs, and related privacy documentation.
- Experience working directly with federal stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP).
- Experience supporting FEMA, DHS, or other federal civilian agencies.
- Experience implementing Privacy by Design.
- Experience leading small project teams or workstreams.
