Savan is looking for a mid-level Data Visualization analyst who will be responsible make visualizations that are easily understood and accessible. The ideal candidate should have training in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, with experience in user-centric design principles. They should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a growth mindset in transforming complex data into insightful, visually compelling reports.

Role Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau.
- Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide the capability that delivers a report and dashboard content to mobile devices in a publishing and/or interactive mode and takes advantage of the interaction mode of the device.
- Provide support to take the metrics displayed in a dashboard a step further by applying them to a strategy map that aligns performance indicators with a strategic objective
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting thorough testing and validation
- Optimize report performance and troubleshoot any issues.
- Provide basic end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of reports and dashboards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in data Visualization, Information Design, Graphical Design, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data visualization or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js etc.
- Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
- Excellent design skills with knowledge of UIUX best practices and the ability to create clear, actionable visual insights.
- Strong communication skills for presenting visualizations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- U.S. Citizenship
- U.S. Government Public Trust or the ability to obtain a Public Trust
- Experience, relevant coursework or certification in PowerBI or Tableau.
